    Failed TODAY

    I activated this phone 3 weeks ago. I have recharged it every 3 days. I have noticed this phone is turning itself completly off after just a few minutes of non use and requires me to restart the phone almost every time shortly after hanging up from the previous call. I have been using this model of phone for several years and this malfunction symptom is completely different than the other 6 [SGH157] phones that I have retired for other failures. I use the "old" broken phones to recharge spare batteries that I have accumulated over the past 5 years when the active AT&T SGH-157 phone fails. I consider myself SMART to not spend outrageous money on phones that have cameras and internet connection. I would request a replacement for this phone on the basis of what I have explained previously.

    Basic phone, and quite flimsy

    This is obviously a very basic phone, usable just for calling. For that function, it works. Battery lasts long and it is satisfyingly small. The bad thing - it is quite flimsy. Battery cover is held by small and very thin notches. I very nearly broke one when installing the battery for the first time. It feels that it won't survive more than a handful of times of taking the battery/SIM card out and putting it back.

    It's a magnificent product

    It's a magnificent phone.considering it's design it's simple to use & easy to carry. Large buttons and the clear display are ideal for smooth and fast texting. Light weight and has a thin body.Fit to any kind of a pocket. Stylish and good quality. Clear sound and superb battery life. Love it more, if it will have Bluetooth facility also.

    Good for somebody, who doesn't surf or text.

    Bought it as a "place holder" for my personal account, since I use my corporate Galaxy 5 phone for everything. Reception is better than Galaxy 5 or my wife's iPhone 5s. Large display. Except of small size for man's hands, can't find any negative for somebody, who uses cellphone to make calls only.

    Awesome Cell Phone

    Totally AWESOME cell phone. I have been looking for a SIMPLE, easy to use, light weight, in-expensive cell phone for several years .... EVERY cell phone made now days is expensive and loaded with features which cost a lot to use. This little jewel has the Email capability which I will never use but other than that one negative(which I can live with) it is perfect for making and receiving calls which is what I use a phone for .... I have a digital camera, computers, and note books that do the Wi-Fi, Internet, video streaming, Email, messaging and all the other stuff. I highly recommend this phone for everybody who is looking for a Cell Phone, not a 'Hand Held' Computer/Camera/Cell Phone.
