Install is simple, and unit is now working to achieve the desired temperature in our refrigerator. These condenser fans seem to not last too long, ours lasted about 3 years or so, then downhill due to unit freezing up. At this price, very reasonable. Repairman wanted to charge $850, so for under $20 it is a no brainer. Look at the youtube tutorials. Just remember to defrost refrigerator completely.
