Excellent! This fit my Fisher 400 perfect. The original switch was a single pole double throw with three terminals on the 120v connection at the back of the switch so you just have to solder the two downstream wires on the “throw” side of the original switch together on one terminal of the new switch (doesn’t matter which terminal) and the incoming 120v (hot leg) to one terminal by itself. Other than that it’s a perfect match and operates very smoothly.

Kit is as good or better than described. Seller communication is excellent, the original kit disappeared into the wind but when the seller saw that it hadn't moved in a day or two via the tracking number, he contacted me and let me know that he was sending out a replacement kit, which arrived quickly and well packed.
