    This is the second product that I purchased because I broke the first one. It was delivered on time with no delays. The seller was very helpful and quick to respond with technical support. The condition was new and it it worth the price packaging was well wrapped and looked secured. The quality of the wiring is a bit fragile so its best to mount it to the monitor or case before walking away. Overall good appearance of the connections to the board itself.

In my opinion it was NOT the sellers fault about not receiving the item as he made sure to post it on time.
