I bought an open box to save a few bucks. Glad I did! The only thing I could find wrong or missing was an M4 screw to mount heater to tank bracket. It takes 2 of these M4's to mount properly and only 1 was supplied. So for less that $0.10 I bought a 2nd one. Instructions were pretty clear, and what wasn't was easy to figure out. Once hooked up, unit fired up as it should. It has 3-heat temp settings. I was using the medium setting in picture. If you want to pay $80 and up for these then buy new.
