Dealing with OneCall is always a pleasure. I've bought from their retail store in the past and the service was great. Unfortunately, I mistakenly thought the receiver had a 12 volt trigger out (my mistake in looking at the photo) and I had to return the item.     Simple, with everything you could Want!

    This Receiver is Very Easy to Use and I love the simplicity! It sounds AWESOME! Even has Dolby Vision, HDR10 AND ATMOS! Not many Pioneer Units that I’ve ever heard sound better than this. I would buy this Again:-)!!
