    Service was great! Product itself not so great for a ring product. Camera itself took 11 hours to fully charge but only lasted 8 hours battery 🪫… speaking with ring support was then told would need to buy cable for around the clock port of mains. I’m not sure but isn’t the whole point wireless so you don’t need cables everywhere? Also what’s the point in having a battery too if it’s got to stay on charge continuously? This wasn’t the seller fault but just the product designers. Great seller!

    Excellent camera system

    This is a fantastic product. Started with one camera and now have five of these around the outside of the house. Excellent views and ability to communicate with visitors to the house from anywhere (should we not be home at the time). Excellent activity alert system. Very easy to install. Highly recommended and great value for money.

    While I understood it had an American pl...

    While I understood it had an American plug, the issue was, no way to connect the outdoor cable to the camera. As I was putting this outside, the only way to connect to the mains was via the indoor cable plugged into the back (as if it was indoors) and cutting the plug off to wire into and existing power source. I ended up using a battery pack, as a short term solution.

    Value for money would definitely buy again

    It's great for what we need it for I would charge for 48 hours once youve set it up I thought the battery wasn't charging Let the retailer know was very helpful offered to send a label to send it back too check it out for me but after 2 days I had a full charge and still going strong thankyou I would recommend this stick camera well worth the money
