Installed on my wife's new 2024 H-D Hydra-Glide Icon. This item looks the same as the Harley version, however the fit was just slightly looser. The clamp screw was a metric button-head instead of a SAE socket-head like the OEM version. It didn't seem to clamp the Heel-shift lever as tightly as the OEM Toe-shift lever did. But it was good enough to work, and it was almost 1/2 the price of the Harley item. So, she's ok with it being a little looser.
