    We paid extra for 2-day shipping but weren’t given a tracking number to check the status. Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive.
