Item arrived shorter than I expected, the seller had direct interaction with me, sending me shipment updates, and a reassurance of available customer service. This surge protector is the best bang for your buck, I wish I could have found one with a battery in my price range but I don't think I looked hard enough. Covers all the bases, actually has clamping ability. Regular plugins and spaced plugins. I would give it 5 stars if it had a remote shut off feature. Otherwise is is the best I've owned in 30 years.
