Took a chance on a refurb saw and it payed off so far. The saw started easily, runs well, cuts wood. (Remember to use fresh ethanol free gas with fuel stabilizer and correct oil in the gas and saw will behave). This saw probably was returned due to incorrect carburetor adjustment. It ran very well out of the box and was in like new shape.

I bought a refurbished 435 Chain saw from Husvarna, received it in timely fashion, looked like new but did not run well at all. Notified Husqvarna and they sent a different one that I had in 5 days and it ran good right out of box. They said I could keep the old one for parts rather than return it. I have 2 other Husky saws. Very happy with this one and Husqvarna's service!
