Unfortunately, the pitcher came broken but I don't blame the seller for that. It was packed very well but USPS still managed to break it during shipping. I contacted the seller and was issued a full refund for it. I could not be happier with the seller who did all that could be done to address the problem. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
