    Installed on a 1996 1LE

    Replaced a 20+ year old SLP exhaust on a 1996 Z28 1LE. Specific to the 1996 and 1997 cars, you will be tossing the inlet pipe in the garbage as it is not used for the dual cat cars. The cat outlet mates to the mid pipe. Straight forward and easy install. Be sure to re-tighten all the clamps after 30 or so miles - they WILL loosen up considerably. Not as loud and free-flowing as the SLP, but does the job and has a decent sound. Not much of a selection for these cars anymore, but Magnaflow makes good stuff and this is no different.
