The shoes arrived without any bubble wrap and a heel cap broken off. I noticed the soles showed signs of wear. Some of the gold print was worn off on both shoes. The Seller said the photos prove the shoes are new. I should have enlarged them. I trusted this Seller’s word and never enlarged the photos, they said they were new. I guess this Seller can’t be trusted.

We went back and forth for a few messages until I finally decided to open an item not as described case. Seller was more worried about cost of shipping and defending his/ herself rather than finding a solution. Seller suggested keeping it and spending the time to treat it with a stain remover thus providing the buyer with work on something that's labeled as new with tags . Instead of new with defects. Buyer BEWARE
