    I had interpreted the description of the item as having been used on a set somewhere. When I asked about this, the seller became defensive, reiterating there were no returns as it was sold as not working. This makes me question the "not tested" statement as the item was, in fact, partially broken. It was shipped quickly though and the fault in the unit was easily repaired. I'll still call it an overall positive transaction even though the tone of the communication was not very friendly.

    im sorry you felt that way. It would have been nice of you to ask about working ability and the history of the item before you purchased it. Once i had already bought the shipping label and shipped the item, you then asked questions about your purchased item. maybe in the future you should ask before buying from someone-i think that would have helped. my item was also placed in the parts/not working category. i do thank you for your business and please ask before buying in the future
