The ordering process was easy. I received my order in good shape, although I was surprised the tires were just strapped together with no packaging. The tires were in perfect condition. I returned them because the tread was not as I thought, In the description I didn't see the tread the tread depth. I hated to return these tires because otherwise they were great. The company was going to charge me for part of the shipping cost, but Ebay jumped in and made the return shipping cost the free for me.

arrived with a little bit of clear plastic wrap on it don't know how the label stayed on, but it made it in great shape. the best part is it is a great tire. rest assured in the not-too-distant future I will be buying more from this seller. price by today's standards was very fair for a very nice 4ply tire. would highly recommend this seller.
