As an executive chef I primarily own shun and yoshihiro partially for home and work, these are great blades and I’ve always wanted a Kramer but could never find one in my price range until I saw this deal. Man, what a great knife this is. Very comfortable on the grip, excellent design and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Not to mention a very sharp blade.
