I sent a message to the seller asking questions about the item, but received no reply. I ordered it anyway on good faith. It arrived promptly and was installed. It did not work. I took it to a professional repair man who said it "should" work, however he could not test it in his shop because it is a home audio wall installation unit. I paid $120, but when reinstalled, it would not work- no reject, not sound. Nothing. I must return the unit immediately.

It's unfortunate, but this is my first negative feedback in 23 years of selling. I was unable to reply to buyers' message before purchase. This open boxed unit was never installed before. Buyer did state in return request that the unit did play 1 cd (worked) then stopped. Ebay stepped in and found in my favor that I was not responsible for the defect in the unit. Buyer was refunded in full.
