PSU has dead power rails, that is, some of the connectors supply zero power. PSU arrived damaged/crushed in shipping.
I have contacted seller for refund, seller has not responded positively.
Will pursue a claim under purchase protections on ebay.

Item came as described, however was damaged bad in transport. Unfortunately the seller sent this item with practically no protective packaging (one single thin layer of bubble wrap, inside a plastic envelope). On 8/14 I contacted the seller informing that it was damaged. On 8/16 he offered a 50% refund (but it's 100% damaged, so I declined!) He hasn't so much as taken the time to message me since. Now, a week later, Ebay needs to get involved so I can get my refund. Didn't need to be this way.

Contacted the seller, after receiving the item in very good time, and notified them that the item might be new (as in not previously used) but is old and the plastic surface is sticky, leaves a residue on your fingers, changes appearance when touched and this is not normal and is referred to as Degradation Of Polymers which happens with aged plastic. The reply was not satisfactory "this is normal..." then no more communication as others have mentioned. I HAD to involve eBay to get a refund.
