    Missing part and a water leak

    The seat has some good features, but it arrived with a necessary peace missing. We purchased that piece and installed. If that was the only problem, we would have been ok with the seat. But it has an almost constant drip into the toilet, which is not only annoying, but a waste of water.

    TOTO Washlet is awesome

    Leaves you wanting.

    Very disappointed. First of all the opening on the seat is very small almost like it was made for a child. The worst part is the water pressure..Even with the control turned up as far as it will go it doesn't have enough pressure to do the job of cleaning. The cheep model without all the extras like a heated seat does a better job. In my opinion this is a very poor design and a very big disappointing..

    Good bidet

    It's good bidet but I still love my 1st TOTO more. This one is missing quick access buttons on the right site of the unit that was soooo convenient. And it's also a bit smaller.
