With full due respect, we trust that your current virus scan tool is problematic, mistakenly taking the official app, ie eSIM Manager, as being virus. Sometimes, some virus-protect tool may do jobs wrongly. Actually, among our company's hundreds' users on this eSunFi 4G eSIM router device (from UK, EU, US, Asia, Australia, and other regions), with eSIM Manager a necessity, we never heard of this case until now, except from this one shared by you.
