Seemed like uncirculated but the description did not say they were. Very pleased with my purchase and experience with the seller who also informed me when he shipped them.

Posting described both P and D mint sets, but 2 D mint sets were shipped. Seller tried to resolve the mistake, however an agreement could not be reached. Items were shipped securely in a junk mail flyer. Not what I would consider appropriate packaging.
