    The roof rack is missing the mounting hardware. I messaged the seller twice with no response. This was supposed to be new in the box but it was missing the instructions and mounting hardware. I I have half of the roof trim pulled from our vehicle and can’t mount the new one.

      Disappointed

      There are no fittings from either Yakima or Thule that work with the Pacifica factory cross bars or rails, so I will not be able to use the Yakima bars and loading system I have to carry my kayaks, unless I kluge something together. Very disappointed. Easy to install, aerodynamic.
