BEWARE:Received an used item listed as new and several issues upon inspection:
Item arrived in a carton box, not retail packaged as expected;Multiple scuff marks and scratches present on the item;Missing metal piece to connect the back piece of the lock to the door;Key provided does not match the lock; incorrect key received.Agreed to keep the item with the seller promising partial refund. Buyer indention was to gain refund. We accommodated buyer request to provide a 20% refund for this order to keep the item. Product was new, sealed and unused. I like to request ebay to remove this feedback.
