The item description was very good. The price was reasonable however, the turntable was erroneously packed and a couple issues arose. Although I contacted the seller regarding the shipping issue which resulted in a snapped tonearm head shell, nothing was adequately resolved between myself and the seller. I can't leave negative feedback because I believe the seller had good intentions with their method of shipping. So I will leave neutral feedback that will not impact the seller's score.

Bought an IBM Model M from this seller. It was well-packaged and arrived in working order. Seller did not bother to at least wipe it down, so that was a bit disappointing, but it was just as dirty as depicted in the photographs so nothing deceptive occurred. I was able to disassemble this keyboard, bolt mod it and refurbish it. Really cool product with reasonable pricing. Not low, but not too high. Would definitely recommend seller to anyone interested in recycled electronics. 5/5 stars!

    Excellent unit

    I use it for my over-the-phone language interpretations. It is my second unit of this model. My company requires a landline and with this unit, I do not have to use a regular phone anymore. By the way, I also use Plantronics mobile unit when I need to move around the house so that I can take calls when I am not in my office.

    Portable Hands Free

    I make approximately 50 to 100 calls per day. I bought it to increase productivity and for health reasons. I always tilted my head while typing and at the end of a ten hour day, my neck was burning. This resolved my neck issue. Inexpensive and valuable tool to purchase for heavy phone usage.

    Love and recommend the S12 Always!

    Very Adjustable! Works with our strange phones. No other headset brand will coordinate with the Panasonic KX-T7433 Digital Hybrid System we have. I have been buying S11 then S12 Plantronics headsets for years and I have never found one defective or bad. I highly recommend these!
