    Item Not as Described I purchased this item expecting it to be brand new with tags as clearly stated in the listing. However, it arrived without any tags, without the special branded pouch it normally comes with, and the box was dirty and already opened. This is clearly not a new item. On top of that, I paid extra for shipping under the assumption it was a new, unopened product. Very disappointed with the misleading description.

    Item was clearly posted and sent exactly as pictured on gallery, many pictures were posted and showed what was being sent to customer and also explained on description and title. You can also see a clear barcode tag on one of the pictures. The customer contacted us due to the fact that she was being charged a tariff fee which is not our fault due to new government regulations. I believe she wanted us to be in charge of this new international fee, which we are not responsible for.
