    Item received was missing wristlet strap and only contained 1 of 2 items. Package arrived damaged and ripped on one side which I believe happened in transit. I contacted seller, she said she sent message explain missing strap and she did offer to rectify the issue by discount, etc. she did confirm she shipped both items wrapped in same package. I do believe her as she has high ratings. She very professional, it is not her fault package damaged. Excellent business / customer service skills!

    Thanks , i think my girlfriend liked it but the description says Large box and clearly is misleading, maybe travelling is a better description or wallet size. nevertheless i will deduct one star for that , the shipping was done with tracking and the wraping and personalised message were a nice touch.
