    AUTHENTIC 'RUSTIC' SOCKS. While I imagine these could be a bit itchy on bare feet, but they work brilliantly as 'oversocks' i.e. an alternative to slippers. They are warmer than slippers, yet stop your feet overheating and sweating. And they give OK grip on smooth floors. Just what I wanted! These are clearly handmade - I found quite a few tiny twigs/thick pieces of grass or something within the wool lol. Not a problem and easily removed!
