Seller was unresponsive when inquired about shipping and when I realised that there was pet hair all over the fabric upon arrival! Absolutely deceitful with description “New, Unused, Brand New”. Clearly untrue and I messaged them about it and no attempt at resolution. Absolutely dissatisfied with the interaction and product received. Gave a 2 star just for the fabric being the one I ordered, but the condition and lack of communication is disgusting.
