Rims arrived in fairly damaged boxes, with a few of the rims having issues (see pictures). I had to mount the wheels because we sold the other rims once these came in, and as per policy, the seller would not take them back. He offered a $75 credit, which I feel is insufficient compared to being sold "new" rims, when they were actually damaged.We still have not received the black lug nuts or center caps that were in the listing.Be weary of his rating!

The wheel was damaged in shipment. Once the customer told us we responded immediately not to use the wheels so we can have it exchanged (at no cost to him of course). However, he proceeds to mount the wheels! We offered to SEND HIM NEW WHEELS! BUT HE DID NOT WANT THAT AS HE ALREADY PUT THE DAMAGED ONE HIS CAR! Then he extorts us by requesting a credit back in exchange for his feedback which is a clear violation of "Ebay's policies" which an Ebay representative stated was "FEEDBACK MANIPULATION"

I made the mistake of not reading the entire description. When I contacted the seller, he responded quickly to explain and was more than willing to do whatever he could to make it right even though I was in the wrong. The rims look great, came quickly followed by the decals in the mail a few short days later. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone!!
