The tiller was well prepared for shipping, arrived without damage. After placing my order, the seller called and explained the shipper would not deliver to my residential address. I contacted the nearby John Deere dealership. Delayed arrival was expected as this was a cross country shipment during inclement winter. The arrival was surprisingly without delays. The motor fluid levels were correct. After adding fuel, the engine started on the first pull. This purchase has been a great experience.
