STAY AWAY!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL UNHELPFUL seller. received item not as described as in incorrect dimensions, tried to return got sent a large letter label but item too bulky as it needs to be small parcel label, seller told me to just put it in red box as Royal Mail are always trying to charge as parcel size without proof of posting which i wouldn't do. I asked for small parcel pre-paid label and seller is being awkward and unresponsive had to escalate case to eBay for a resolution

Man, I have sent a return label ALTHOUGH the buyer wanted to return the product WITHOUT anything to be wrong with it, but I really didn`t want anyone to be disappointed. I haven`t answer on the last message which was sent exactly 15 hours ago and he is saying that I didn`t respond... I told him to use the nearest Red Box and that he has a proof as a message that I would issue a full refund as I always do, but never got any understanding. All the best for the future
