Buyers often ask about said it would ship in 3 days. 1 week later, it hadn't shipped. I asked them when they could ship it and they did not respond. Another week went by and it still hadn't shipped. I again asked when it would ship and again I did not receive a response. The next day I put in a request and it got refunded. Since I didn't lose anything I can't say it was negative but it was still incredibly frustrating. If you weren't going to/couldn't ship it why didn't you just refund earlier?
