    The product that they sent me didn’t include the necessary mounting hub that was supposed to be included from their item description. I contacted the seller, took them four days to respond back asking for pictures of the box they sent. I sent them the requested pictures the same day, no further responses or information has been sent by the seller for over a week now. Now I’m stuck with a very expensive paper weight. Very frustrating to work with a seller that will not respond back!

    Product is as pictured.

    It is exactly what I was looking for the replace the vents on an older trailer I recently purchased where the vents have yellowed and gotten brittle. It did take much longer to receive than estimated.

    Size not as advertised

    Exterior is 19 1/2 inches, not 17 1/2 as advertised. Will have to keep it and cut it down somehow as Norcold doesn't make product to fit anything over 5 yrs old. Keep that in mind when you buy anything with Norcold in it. No product support.
