    I put the stops on all other supplements right here because this formula works better than any other. I am a drinker of fluids (non-alcohol) as to keep my insides clean so I do pee a lot. Instead of 3 + trips to the bathroom every night it's maybe 0-1 times and it's a good strong stream. No I will never have that 25 y/o body again, but for sixty something I'm feeling like Hercules. The recommended usage is 2-4 a day, I just take 2
