    Does exactly what it's supposed to.

    The instructions make it seem difficult when actually it's as easy as 1,2,3! Peel off the cover from mounting tape, stick it on ringer speaker making sure it's touching the upper receiver of handset, Plug in the AC adapter into the base of your wireless headset and you're done! Just test it by pressing the button on your headset. You can adjust the height of the lifting capability but it's usually already set perfectly if bought new.

    Plantronics HL10 Hanset lifter

    This lifter is great for working in a call center where it's important to be available when the phone rigs without being tied to your desk. I've been able to walk about 20-30 feet and still be within range to hear the beeps of the Plantronics headset and answer the phone. I had one of these previously and it lasted well over 10 years before it got too tired to hold the phone up.

    Productivity galore

    This HL10 lifter from Plantronics is easy to install on your phone with included double-sided tape. (Mine was used so I used my own double-sided tape.) The motor is powered through a single wire that kind of looks like a headphone wire with 1/8 jack. It simply needs to be connected to your headset base. The headset base powers the lifter motor. There are three settings for adjusting the height of the lifter to make sure the rise is enough to unhook the phone from the base. I can now answer the phone at the push of a button on my headset. Great purchase if you have the compatible headphone like CS-500 series.

    Great value and makes my job easier

    Lifter works great! It had new tape on it to secure it to the phone. Makes my job as a recruiter so much easier now that I don’t ever have to touch the phone.
