Makes no difference at all on a standard stereo. I'm hoping my mp3 player has different results. It does work though. Lights up,gets hot, just like a standard old school amp. Power wires are very light. Possibly a little under the hood nudge would give it a little more sauce. You will need to add your own fuse to the power wire. It didn't make anything buzz, and that's a good sign. All in all, worth it.
