two major flaws

Doesn’t fit plugs in the US.

lousy product that doesn't work and also an inaccurate description of the product
The description of the product online was " deceitful" and inaccurate. It was suppose to be a "Sharper Image" product and "UL listed". Neither one of those descriptions were on the package.
