You would have to have extra ordinary skills and the proper de-soldering equipment to replace some of these components in which some of the surface mount components are very small and difficult to extract the old component without lifting off the copper traces. I failed when trying to replace the tiny IC on the under-side. I just ended up finding a replacement PCB for my TV that worked (took three try's from three different vendors to get one that actually worked (from goodpointrecycling ).

Item arrived as described. Having the item initially sent to Ebay's shipping hub adds a lot of delay time considering seller shipped the item to them within 2 days after getting my package and fixing the thing but I do understand why they use the service for international sales and that seller has no power over processing time once in their hands.
