      2001 Explorer Headlight Replacement

      These housing were a needed upgrade for a smashed front end. They are crystal clear and an excellent upgrade from the old faded factory lights. However, behind the shiny new look are some cheap bulb locks (round thing that you twist to hold the bulb in the housing) and some sub par adjustment screws that are not pre-adjusted to put you anywhere in the general ballpark that you will need to drive using lights. Mine were pointing straight to the ground. The adjustment screws are made from cheap alloy and easily stripped out. The bottom headlight housing has the long .4mm allen head fixture that sticks up above the park light housing for easy adjustment without removing the light or front grille. This fixture adjusts the up and down angles and has a small gear inside that will bust out ...
