    Install was pretty easy. Took a bit of adjustment to get first gear right. The hex head screws are just slightly too long, they bottom out before tightening. I used the washers supplied to put under the shift stop to raise it up for the screws to tighten. overall does the same thing as perrin for less than half the price. I haven't installed the bass bushing yet but I don't see that being any harder and again does the same as so called name brands.
