The condenser is exactly as described in the listing and appears to be in excellent, unused condition. The gal at the freight company commented on how well the items were packed for shipment. Other than a few tiny scratches and a few minor deflections in the cooling fins, I see no damage of any kind. Was exactly as described and was an absolute bargain. It is a really good heat pump. The only thing that was wrong was that the air handler had been damaged internally some how. No idea how, as it was packed beyond perfect. Maybe a screw up at the factory? Either way, it was not too hard to remove the blower and straighten it out. HVAC Direct also gave me a credit that was much appreciated!
