    The wire feed is wired backwards.so it would put the wire back into the spool, wire had to changed in the handle to get it to feed wore out. The main power plug was one half a MM to large and had to be sanded down to fit as it should. The price is great be bette rif you did not have to make repairs.

    Small problem the electrode brass piece was slightly to large turned it on the lathe so it fits fine now. The wheels ran in reverse so just switched the wires not a big deal. Still worth the $350 savings compared to the Miller. I am going to order another as a backup.

    4 pin plug had 2 wires reversed and motor ran backwards, large brass conductor would not fit into feed head. Lightly sanded down conductor and rounded off the edge and got it in. Pulled wires out of 4 pin connector and had to use another 4 pin plug because the pins were not crimped properly on the wires and could not remove them with the proper tool. Gun works great now and customer will be happy.

    Satisfactory build quality, great price, quick delivery.

    This gun seems to be well made, it is NOT however a genuine miller product. In order to connect to my millermatic 140 autoset i had to install a 6 pole feed selector switch which i made myself and does not have the resetting fuses. It seems as though my 140 with this gun does not have enough power or wire speed to really keep feeding the puddle properly. I am still tinkering with it though. Not exactly a plug and play setup out of the box ever using the suggested settings on the inside panel of the machine. Otherwise it works well with really thin guage aluminum 16 guage or smaller. I am not overly satisfied with this setup but it may have more to do with the machine i have and its ability to feed wire and amps at the proper rates consistantly.     NOT A MILLER

    This is not a real Miller product. I put it on my Miller 220 and the feed motor ran in the wrong direction. I rewired the motor and it feeds correctly now. Haven’t used it yet.
