    Does absolutely nothing!!!

    I take magnesium daily to keep me regular. I have been taking magnesium oxide but upon doing some research I learned that for this particular purpose magnesium citrate was the best so I decided to switch. Big mistake! I have been taking this product for a week and my constipation is worse than ever. I even upped the dose to three caps a day and still haven't gotten any results. With the magnesium oxide I took 2 pills daily (1,000mg) and it worked like clockwork. Now I'm stuck with almost 400 pills that are absolutely good for nothing! Very disappointed!!!

    Haven't taken it from this brand yet. We have to hope that we get quality things until we know that we don't.

    It's stronger than I wanted so I'll take it every other day. L-Glutathione is a natural antioxidant manufactured by your body and the most powerful one there is. But as we get older we don't make enough of it anymore. That's why I get it for myself and my family.
