Strong Power
Strong motor, unclogged a terrible clog using about 15" of cable in a unusable bathroom sink that had been clogged nearly a year. Hand auger didn't work. It has to many pipe elbows to run the cable through the sink, so I had to take apart the piping up to the wall. I poured near boiling water down the drain after breaking up the clog. It took me about half hour. Probably saved myself about 150 bucks.

This tool is not an easy one to figure out how to use. I wanted to check it out before I had to use it. Not very intuitive and there was no documentation in the box. I had to go online.

excellent
hand winding augers cannot compare, you need an electric powered one to get rapid action to make contact with the walls of the pipe to scrape the crud off, and a hand winding auger will not come close. you will get tired after the 30th wind and an electric auger can spin over 100 revolutions effortlessly. Saved me hundreds $.
