The shoes in the pic is not the color they send. If the pic was reflective of the color of the sandals in the ad, I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. When I realized my mistake, I requested a cancelation within 5 minutes of paying but it was rejected, even though it took weeks to get the shoes. The whole purchase could have been avoided with the correct color as the pic on the ad.
