TROUBADOUR is J.J. Cale's fourth album, and was released in 1976. It was on this album that the song "Cocaine" (later a hit for Eric Clapton) made it's first appearance. Over the course of his first few albums, Cale clearly delineated who he was as a writer, singer, and guitarist. TROUBADOR continues that careful delineation. Digitally Mastered. Made in Canada.

    Very nice album. But, as someone stated before, JJ Cale’s albums are all nice. You can’t go wrong with any of them. People have their favorites, of course. This one is one of my favorites JJ Cale”s records.
