Synopsis
Zero to Hero follows the short life of Victor Roe DFM, CGM, a child from an extremely dysfunctional family from poverty stricken beginnings in a Norwich slum. We plot his progress through council care in Norfolk, to a Boys Home in Northamptonshire and a training farm in Kent, through to RAF Pathfinder aircrew. It also sheds a little light on the social divides that split the UK in the early part of the 20th century.

- e***t (432)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI love For the Historian Bookstore, both the actual shop and the ebay site. The item shipped on time, and was exactly as described. It was packaged in a way to protect the item, especially since it was made out of paper. I found this to be a good value, because it was a used book. I highly recommend this seller to everyone, and would definitely use them again.
