Chose this seller because they are a USA company and they have what I need for kombucha and wine making at home, unfortunately hydrometer arrived broken so I let them know. Was feeling it was entirely their fault, post office mishandled the package, although they ought to package better for shipping future orders. seller refunded right away, will be ordering another and save this shop for future shopping.
