Thids one boldly claims in the description "Our BlueMax46ers cables work." They do! Although the price was higher than the others, I'm so glad I opted for this one. Windows 10 automatically took care of the cable drivers while I looked for the right software. The packaging directed me to their website, and the "software advisor" tab finds just what you need to program your radio. I was up and programming in less than 15 minutes.
